You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
LuminaVault provides personal knowledge management and AI-assisted features. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and we may impose reasonable usage limits.
You retain ownership of content you create or import. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it to operate the service for you, including sending relevant content to AI providers to generate responses. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify important information independently. You are responsible for how you use AI output.
Paid plans (e.g. Pro and Ultimate) are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Prices and any free-trial terms are shown at purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
